About Las Catalinas

Las Catalinas is a car-free, Mediterranean-style beach town built into the hills above Playa Danta, with cobbled lanes, plazas, a handful of restaurants and 40 km of hiking and mountain-biking trails in the tropical dry forest behind it. Calm bays make it good for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Guests arrive by shuttle and leave their vehicles at the entrance, so a private transfer is the natural way in.
